All messages are encrypted using AES-256-GCM — the same standard used by banks and governments. Data is stored on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Messages are only decrypted at the moment of delivery to designated recipients. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and all connections use HTTPS/TLS.

What happens if my LastReach subscription lapses or my credit card gets cancelled?

LastReach has an Honor Commitment Policy: if you become unresponsive while a paid subscriber, your tasks will be executed even if your payment subsequently fails or your subscription lapses. A billing technicality will never prevent your messages from being delivered.

Yes. Every plan includes a Test Send feature that lets you see exactly what your recipients will receive. You can test as many times as your plan allows to make sure everything is worded perfectly.
