LastReach LLC — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your LastReach account and what happens to your data. It applies to both the LastReach mobile app and the LastReach web service at lastreach.app.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account at any time using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app or on the web

  1. Open the LastReach mobile app, or sign in at lastreach.app.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email from your account's registered email address to privacy@lastreach.app with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What is deleted

  • Your account is disabled immediately.
  • All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days — including your profile (name, email, phone number), all tasks and message content, file attachments, recipient information, and proof-of-life / check-in settings.
  • Your data is removed from our backups within 90 days.
  • Any active subscription is canceled. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store are canceled at the end of the current billing period and can also be managed directly in your store account.

What may be retained

We retain only the limited data we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records needed for tax or accounting compliance), and only for as long as the law requires. This data is not used for any other purpose.
